What agent could do to change your mind?
Better communication, should of been more clear regarding further charges and changes to contract rather than referring me to the small print every time because it was clear that staff knowledge was clearly lacking and finally of some sort of service.

What agent could do to change your mind?
If the agent behaved a little more professionally in the following areas: - Followed up and bothered to return phone calls. - Actually do what they claim to be able to do on the phone. - Communicate with their clients regarding appointments and basic things such as fees and T&C's Regarding the way they handled my complaint, they were very unapologetic and the young woman I spoke with on the phone felt personally insulted by my complaint, didn't apologise and blamed it on high numbers of applicants in the recent weeks. I fully understand that and I feel I was overly reasonable with them. As a client, the last thing I need is an obnoxious customer service agent refusing to admit fault or unwilling to remedy the problem.

Entwistle Green's fees appear to change all the time. When I first spoke with someone, their fees were ‚£75.00 as a special offer in September, however the second time I spoke with someone she claimed that it was ‚£250.00 for the first applicant and ‚£75.00 per additional application.
