Think they were bit high but they sold my property quickly. Would like room for negotiation or % of sale price rather than fixed fee. Then find out they had 1% offer on for june so very unhappy with that.

It is a shame that we didn't get the advertised price for the property but my need for a quick sale was uppermost in my mind so the price achieved reflected this. The fees paid were justified for the thoroughly professional service I received.

I am currently in dispute with Entwistle Green ( Countrywide) for exactly the same thing. They changed the utility supply to Spark. They do not manage the property nor did they consult with the landlord or the tenant. They are receiving payments from Spark. Beware of Countrywide, ...

They could have completed their side of the agreement by arriving on time as agreed. Or at the very least if there was a genuine mistake on the appointment a sorry wouldn't have gone a miss. Ignoring my complaint is disgusting

They pulled the same stunt with us. Told us once we had a survey booked the house would be taken off the market. When the survey was in progress they called me saying a cash buyer had just come in and bid 7k more than us and if we wanted to continue then we would have to match. We later found out there was no cash buyer and he had only received interest off someone who hadn't even sold their house. ...

This company placed tenants in to my property who were well know to be trouble and of no credibility. After many, many requests for the company to sort the problems given that the tenant had not paid rent for 3 months did they finally send the tenant a removal order. Consequently the flat was wrecked, neighbours were shattered with these tenants. I was left with a bill to fully refurbish my once beautiful apartment. The whole affair cost me thousands of pounds because Entwistle Green did not pay attention to my concerns and requests. They failed to do the things they promised to do. This is on - going but I suggest that you be very wary of the friendly manner which they may initially present the business because as it turns out, not one person helped me from this office of a problem which they caused in the first place. I paid them a lot of money to find and manage a tenant for me. All they did was promise me and to take my money. An absolutely disgraceful affair with ENTWISTLE GREEN OFFICE. ST ANNE'S BY THE SEA .
