Thank you for your feedback, Rom, however, I did just want to clarify a couple of points contained within your review. You will know that there were delays on some paperwork, from two third parties which were beyond your agents, Ross, control. I have looked at the file and can see that the property was marked correctly, on the day of completion, so we were very much aware that the property had completed. Firstly, the offers you secured for us were laughable at around £260k - way under the property's realistic market value. Again, untrue that my brother or I could not accommodate 2 viewings - you cancelled two viewings (at the viewer’s request) and didn't rearrange. What agent could do to change your mind?
Emoov need to be more transparent on their pricing by putting a note next to each price stating it is for 12-months only and they are not just like a normal estate agent who you sell with until your house sells or you move agents. They need to handle their viewings and feedback a lot better as our experience was of disappointment on ours and the viewers part too. They need to do all this and join your \"Transparency\" scheme as this just shouts they are trying to get a percentage of customers who will assume they are like other estate agents and the house is with them until sold for the on-off fee.

Mr Scott. I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed. Our 12 month marketing package is within our terms and conditions and which we ask you to approve before committing. We're the same as all other online agents in having a limit albeit that some are 6 months. We are very straightforward indeed on this and are very honest about it. Viewing feedback is important.
