I would give ELR Sheffield lettings a minus 10 star if I could. Avoid this agent at all costs. They waste you time. Just sold our property eventually didn't feel like was kept in loop also felt like they was working for the buyer not us the people who was paying the bill !! Negligent check out of last tennant. No rep went to property before completing check out and returning deposit to tennant. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
