Quite literally the worst estate agents i have ever come across. If there was an option of 0 Star i would probably choose it but 1 is certainly above and beyond their value. Contact is horrendous. Eden estates in plumstead let our property out last year in 2014. From the beginning they were inefficient. I had to remind them that they need to do an inventory and landlords gas safety certificate before the tenant went in there . Then they charged and overcharged us for the work they did not ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
