I contacted Easy let and Sales through the Zoopla 'get a valuation' function. The called back immediately even though I explained I was not selling but needed the valuation for leasehold value purposes.

3 years of misery which necessitated council intervention to secure the implementation of essential work and then withheld £25 on departure without any excuse other than saying "we can't be bothered to argue over £25/"...
