What can I say? This has to be the most shambolic company to have ever existed since the dawn of man. The customer service leaves much to be disired and one staff in particular 'Michelle' is extremely rude who could do with a few lessons in manners. They ignore all emails. No problem/issue gets resolved. It took me to threaten them with breaking clause to get a difnified response. The list is endless. Eastbank are a shambles of a "company" and should be avoided at all costs. We had several issues with the property which generally took a number of emails to resolve. Typically interactions with Eastbank involve one/ some or all of the following: 1. Evasiveness 2. Complete denial that a particular problem exists 3. Patronising and jargon filled communication that doesn't address the issue in hand 4. Outright lies Avoid these charlatans....

Beware! Eastbank are appalling landlords. The property we rented was very poorly maintained and contacting repairs was very difficult. The staff are rude, dismissive and unhelpful. When we left they tried to make deductions from our deposit,even though the house was cleaner and in better shape when we left it than it was when we moved in. Terrible company. Extremely dismissive when you call them about a problem. They pretend it's nothing to do with them and won't do anything. I\'ve had several bad experiences dealing with Eastbank Studios. They would not get the main door locks changed after one of their tenants left the building with keys and owing them money. I had to arrange this myself after several emails went unanswered. I made spares for them which they lost and then blamed me for not giving them spares. They keep entering the building for one thing or another causing disturbances to our business. They are now trying to put the rent up even though they only...

Unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviews. We really do not understand this negative review. Jake is still a current tenant of Eastbank Studios Ltd and has been since 2011. So if Eastbank Studios was half as bad as the review indicates we are really not sure why he still remains a tenant of Eastbank Studios Ltd.....

Absolutely pathetic service from these incompetent people. Every time you contact them whoever answers the phone immediately starts saying they don\'t deal with that problem. For problems with the property they tell you to email only and then wonder why you are ringing up to ask why your emails are being ignored. My partner & I moved in to a house that was managed by Eastbank in 2010. As soon as we moved in to the house we had non-stop problems within the house. Currently renting a property with them - and regretted it from the moment we put the holding deposit down. This agency is a complete shambles - they obviously have too many properties and not enough time to treat people fairly and appropriately. We were not confirmed our moving in date - until less than 7 days before we had to move in...the repair man was repairing things around the flat while we were doing our "moving in" inventory. This is hands down the worst estate agent i have ever used. On the day we went to sign contracts and pick up keys i arrived to find the contracts hadn't even been drawn up and the individual dealing with our contract seemed utterly clueless about what she had to do. It took 4 hours to sign a contract and take the keys! It was utterly unbelievable and completely unacceptable. I rented a house from them. They have too many unnecessary restrictions. I rented a furnished house. They didnt even provide a washing machine, one small fridge for 3 bedroom house, no chair, no coffee table, no microwave oven. They make u pay extra charges even after signing off the tenancy contract. Careless.
