We don't charge tenant letting fees! That's right. Zero. Zilch. Nil. Nada. Nuffink.

A few things we do charge for during and or after the tenancy:

Late Rent Payment To cover additional accounting and finance costs: £18 inc VAT

Rent Reminder Any written rent reminder (email or letter) is subject to this fee to cover costs of preparation and delivery: £18 inc VAT

Section 8 Notice If this notice is required due a breach in the tenancy, this fee is charged to cover the cost of preparation and delivery of the notice. N.B. The tenant is to pay the Section 8 Court Fee of £250 inc VAT: £60 inc VAT

Professional Cleaning If cleaning is required to return the property to the same standard it was at the start of the tenancy, then cleaning will be charged at this rate: £18 inc VAT per hour

Replacement/New Key During Office Hours This is to cover the cost of getting a new set of keys cut: £24 inc VAT

Replacement Key Out of Office Hours To give you a replacement key for the property out of office hours: £60 inc VAT
