Can't thank the ladies enough for what they done to get us the flat we are currently in. As well as the constant updates throughout the process they went beyond what was expected. They also left a very lovely welcome gift of flowers and a few other bit when we signed and got the keys. Would highly recommend using ELT lettings....

ELT manage our portfolio of rental properties. They are very trustworthy, professional, are always forthcoming and we never have to ask them any questions. Rental payments are always in on time and they are always at the other end of the phone 24 hours a day. They are on top of all rules and regulations and we kept informed of all. No problems, friendly & efficient. Arranged electrical upgrades when needed. Arranged essential safety checks previous agent forgot to do. Arranged deposit safely. Previous agent forgot that as well !. I've been in property for a year that was mismanaged by another agent before E-L-T took over. I feel safer knowing they are looking after me....

Cannot praise this company enough !!! Never had an issue with my Landlady ! any repairs although there have been few have been dealt with within 24hrs. Just recently had electrics brought up to new standards for letting agencies. Had my tank checked for legionella which was fine! Water tank was also thoroughly cleaned. They go that extra mile to make sure you are safe and comfortable in their homes. Always at the other end of the phone for help and advice. one happy content tenant !! x...
