I found an apartment with Dwellings which was in a perfect location and was ideal for what I needed. Horrible agents! The woman "Gaynor" (theres only 2 of them) is one of the rudest, most patronising agent I have ever dealt with, extremely horrible bitter little woman. I can't be bothered to write a full review, but if you are selling, they aren't very good. They are full of enthusiasm and confidence to begin, but they didn't back up their claims. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
