Dealing with this agent is a truly bizarre and awful experience. The office is run by very rude and condescending ladies (remind you of the most inept and hateful teacher you ever had). The service is slow, unprofessional and lazy (playing with mobiles during appointments, taking days to make checks which could be done within hours) etc...

The worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Enquired multiple times through RightMove regarding a particular property. Not once did I get a response. They then reduced the price of the property I was interested in, despite the fact I was trying to rent it at the original price. Must be nice if your land lord letting through duke letting - given they do not respond to enquiries. What agent could do to change your mind?
Answer your enquiries. Stop victimising people. Tell landlords whose prices you reduce; why - you don\'t answer enquiries.

Since this "review" was left anonymously I have no idea who this person was but it is very likely that we simply did not have a property that was right for them. As for the comment "we do not cater for people like you". Does that seem likely, or is it more likely that we said "we do not have anything for you at the moment" or "the landlord of this property does not allow pets/benefits claimants/children/ unemployed/low paid workers or any of the above. We are agents and it is not us who decides ....

When I moved into the property I was assured that the carpet had been cleaned even though they looked dirty to me and six months later I was charged £80 for the inconvenience of cleaning the carpets that where in the same condition as when I moved in. The apartment was a mold trap a lot of my stuff developed mold and an had to be thrown away, the washing machine broke and I was told it was my responsibility to fix it only after finding out that it wasn\'t did they accept responsibility. I have only just seen this "review". As the tenant is anonymous I do not know which property of the hundreds we let and manage this is or who the tenant was. All carpets are cleaned prior to tenancies starting. Clearly no-one is going to bother to leave good comments on a website like this and with no proper right of reply by the agent it gives a totally inaccurate view of our service.
