What agent could do to change your mind?
To change my mind the agent would need to either change their unprofessional staff and bring him some more able individual who actually understand customer facing services and are diligent and intelligent, or invest in training the existing staff who is clearly lacking in many basic areas!

I used the Chadwell Heath branch to sell my property. The manager is a complete joker. They are always telling lies and tried bullying me to sell the property to a person who was arraning mortgage and solicitors through them. They never returned the calls. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
