Sarah Howard, the Countrywide Mortgage Advisor at Dixons Sheldon has been invaluable in arranging our re-mortgage. She explained all the options thoroughly up front and then has managed the process closely, even pointing us in the right direction to clear up an issue on our credit report - otherwise I wouldn't have known where to start.
