Although there are plenty of agents around, our main objective of forming was to do things a lot differently from our competitors. We didn't set up Direct Properties to manage our own portfolio of properties as most of our competitors have, so we have no agenda other than getting your property rented or getting you settled into your perfect house. We saw a gap in the market; Landlords finding they weren't getting the best from their agent as they weren't impartial, to Tenants having to pay ridiculous amounts of money for services that should be routinely provided. Direct Properties exist to change this. Some may say 'that’s the property market', but at Direct Properties we don’t shy away from a challenge and we will stick our heads out from the sand! We offer a completely transparent service to both Landlords and Tenants. We’re upfront about our fees and exactly what you’re charged for.
