Very poor customer service and lack of professional behaviour. Last Sat I was assured they would get the keys to see the flat by 12:30 on Monday, hence I scheduled an appointment for 3pm, that I juggled to squeeze in as I was working late shifts this week. This agency and in particular the agent have "managed" the property we rented for a year. This was the worst experience we could ever dread of. Not only was the agent incapable of dealing with anything, but she was also plainly lying to us. Very shocked about the unprofessional and rude behaviours of this agent and the staff*. The property has been fraught with issues, only some of which have been listed below. Due to mismanagement our property was also burgled with no further security measures taken post the event. As per the contract, the structure of the building is not appropriate. They have been completely useless. They've been quick to chase us for money and very slow to respond once we've proved we've already paid. They manage to get every contract wrong, each time someone new joins or leaves - we're currently on revision 4 of the latest one. They take a long time to process any new tenants, constantly losing paperwork and generally take an attitude of I can't be bothered....

If you want competent and responsive property managers do NOT sign up to this agent. I had an issue where a nuisance vehicle was parked in my private bay thus leading me to pay for parking elsewhere. What a pathetic bunch of people. They would set you up with any landlord as long as they make their share and then leave you with him. They won't care to respond to your queries if you had issues with the landlord or with the property. All they would do is move you around to different team members and nobody will give you a reasonable answer....

As agents Dexter's have been ok. We rented the same property for 5 years. We left on 22 Feb 17, had the property commercially cleaned and left it in fine order with little wear and tear. The management of the lease termination was fine, and the property inspected with no issues. There were a minor issues on inventory but all very minor.
