Look up gazumping. I had offer accepted and signed, but they kept up property for viewing despite me having surveyor booked. I was full cash buyers paying close to asking. They entertained another offer that was higher and didn’t apologise for anything. Not illegal just immoral. Reputable agents wouldn’t let that happen. ...
