The worst agency my husband and I ever dealt with!!! The staff has no manners, the houses you rent are always dirty, have faulty things which you are told to pay yourself to fix and they will reimburse (that never happens), and they take ages ...

Awful letting agent with very arrogant staff. Don't get complacent with experiences from your previous agents, these will take you for every penny on leaving, make sure you send in your own inventory photos if you do have the misfortune of having to use them, ...

We are currently renting and we wholeheartedly agree with this. There was a spelling error on our postcode of the address prior to moving into the property which we raised and were told that this would not affect the legality of the contract (which is not the point on a legally binding document) but that they would change it. Of course, they have never changed it. Particularly loved being told about a legality of a contract considering I have both an undergraduate and postgraduate degree in Law! ...

I am currently in a tenancy agreement with Derbyshire Properties, and I have to say I am absolutely appalled. I have been living in the current property for over a year now, there are many issues. The kitchen is unsanitary, kitchen doors falling off, grouting ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
For me to approve they would have to be more in contact with there tenants and landlords once an issue has arisen, and keep everyone informed. They should become more aware of landlord and tenants rights, they should make sure their tenancy agreements do not have contradictory information, which is ultimately misleading and possibly invalidating agreements. They should also get expert opinions about structural faults, not sending out one of their employees that has less of a clue than myself. They should make landlords have inspections by the environmental health office before renting out the properties. Last but not least they should have manners!
