We specialise in the management of the communal areas of residential blocks of flats and at the present time manage in excess of 160 developments containing over 2,500 individual properties.
Properties currently under our management, stretch from Gosport in the east, to Lymington in the west, and north to Salisbury, including both modern and older properties, together with a number of listed buildings.
The majority of our business is derived from recommendation and we pride ourselves in providing a professional, personal service.
The firm was established in 1948 as a general practice Estate Agency and Chartered Surveyors. The firm has for many years been involved in the management of blocks of flats and in 2006 the partners took the decision to specialise solely in this work.
Properties currently under our management, stretch from Gosport in the east, to Lymington in the west, and north to Salisbury, including both modern and older properties, together with a number of listed buildings.

Any agents fees are too high as a matter of normality. It is the results one gets from the service offered which justifies or otherwise, the fees. In this case, just about works.. !
