Thank you for sharing your feedback and am sorry we did not meet your expectations. We always strive to deliver the best experience as per our Gold star award on Feefo. However, I am at loss to understand your grievance on this occasion. You instructed us to market your property and duly signed our sole agency contract, shortly after we received an offer for your property, of which was relayed to you and you duly accepted. What agent could do to change your mind?
To give serious consideration to a customer complaint when there is compelling and extensive areas of concern. A compassionate understanding and consolatory manner should be maintained at all times and any customer who has taken the time to raise concerns does not want to be met with denial and unwillingness to believe that there is potential deficits within their business.
