Davis Beyga moved tenants into my property WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. These were tenants who I did not want in my property as they had no income. Davis Beyga got a signed guarantor form from somebody they emailed in Spain i.e. no checks on this fictitious guarantor. Simply put, an appointment was made to view a property, they changed it under the guise that no access was granted till the following Monday. We re-arranged the appointment, we attended, they didnt and the property had been let at the weekend. No courtesy call, don't bother wasting your time....

Where do you even start with Mr Ben Davis and , I cant agree more with whats already been written, this was by far the worst experience i have ever had as a landlord, They are like the faulty towers of estate agents. First of all I urge anyone not to rent and have any business with this estate agent (Davis beyga) they are a complete liars misleading and dishonest. I had to move from Kent area and come to live in Liverpool due to personal circumstances, however I couldn\'t come all the way, as I had to ask my cousins to view the property for me which I found online. My experience of this company is horrendous. Ben Davis is a rude arrogant man who never responds to emails and constantly avoids telephone calls. They use a very inefficient system to transfer your rental payment to you, it is never on the same date and gets later and later each month. They take money from you without consent. The paper work is lax and inconsistent. As soon as possible I am leaving this company. Do not hand over your property for management by this company....

I rented out my house via Ben Davis / Davis Beyga with them also managing the property and the experiences was a nightmare. They leased the property for only 6 months whereas I had insisted on a minimum of 12 months lease; they did not put the deposit the tenenat paid into a Deposit Protection Scheme (hihjly illegal); they did not inspect the property during the tenancy as promised; when the tenant left the property was in a dreadful mess; Davis Beyga were no help whatsoever in recovering cost f...

Poor customer service and communication skills. Verbal agreement breached and let out the property I had already put an offer on without getting back to me. No apology despite knowing my circumstances requiring immediate relocation. Claiming that my attempts to contact them had not been received despite having received initial communications.
