I have been renting properties for over 20 years and this is the first time that I have ever encountered such a poorly run agent.
When I first became a tenant of one of their private properties I had to call them up after the first day as I had no running hot water. The tank leaked.
Although the landlord came out and removed the lagging it was another 3 months before he returned to then tie new lagging with old car radio wire!

Be more responsive to complaints
Be more professional.
Update your system as it is archaeic.
Manage your landlords better
Stop playing the blame game.
Man up to your responsibilities as an agent.
Well where do I start. When we reported faults they blamed the landlord for delays in rectifying said problems, when in fact they didn\'t inform the landlord as we found out when we spoke to the landlord ourselves! Sometimes they didn\'t even attempt to fix problems reported to them. Now to top it all off, they are trying to steal our money, encouraging us to move out early, as the landlord had sold the house, but then not returning our rent in advance owed to us.
