Dear *, As explained to you, the current tenants' future property was delayed and they were unable to move out on the original agreed date. You were offered an alternative move in date. When you requested to have your deposit back it was returned to you, in full, within 3 working days. It's an unfortunate circumstance which was nobody's fault. ...

Agents fees were very good and in my particular case due to other family members having dealt with the agents I was able to secure a slight discount which was great. Any saving on costs is a bonus.
