Unfortunately I had a very bad experience, which might relate to the fact that I am an oversessa landlady and that I had rented the flat myself to tenants which they did not select themselves, tenants whom proved to be quite difficult. Maybe that was the reason why I was given some really bad advice, such as proceeding aggressively with a court eviction, which if paperwork had been looked at properly would not have happened. Davey Stone was a great partner in the purchase of our first home. Jodie and Simon were always readily available, looking after our interests. As a landlady, Davey Stone has exceeded my expectations - all agents are very talented at mediating fairly and politely between tenant and landlord. As a whole the agency is responsive, polite and keen. I would thoroughly recommend Davey Stone to potential buyers/ landlords and tenants. Great, fast and hassle free service. The lead sales team in Shoreditch were not always there and gave conflicting information. However once Hannah came on board, she was always at the end of the phone or would return calls. Hannah was very knowlegable, extremely efficient and nothing was ever too much trouble. In fact if it wasn't for her I would have instructed another company. The entire team at Davey Stone have been outstanding in their prompt response to my requests and to those of my tenants. Jodie was a breath of fresh air to deal with. Not the normal agent experience in so much as I always received an immediate response to any emails and calls and she was fully professional at all times. I was also impressed at her intricate knowledge of the conveyancing process and her advice was always correct and subsequently confirmed by my solicitor. All in all a very impressive service and I would not hesitate to recommend her and Davey Stone....

When it came to letting my property with Davey Stone, Hannah, Michael and John were excellent from start to finish. They were communicative, always answering emails and calls. I felt like they were positive and optimistic in their dealings with me as the nervous landlord which made the whole process much more bearable. I nearly didn't contact Davey Stone as I was a bit put off by their "over the top" marketing style but actually they were great.
