This agent charges Admin fees for tenancy paperwork and I have just read that its ILLEGAL as per the law in England. He makes thousands of pounds from tenants every time a room is let from this illegal admin fee charge. Please avoid renting from ... Read Full Review

Avoid this estate agent at all costs. They are extremely unprofessional and even attempted to keep my full 6 weeks deposit.
