Daniel Paul Residential was formed in February 1997 by brothers Daniel and Paul Doherty. They were, and still are long term Ealing residents, so fully understand the local market and its property values. Due to our hands-on approach and with the help of our dedicated staff, we have now built up a large portfolio o

We have found over the years that our business has grown through the many recommendations from satisfied customers, there has been a constant demand from landlords for our one stop management service.This service covers all aspects of residential lettings, including legal advice, energy performance certificates, gas safety checks, minor repairs, periodic property checks and reports, to name but a few.

Daniel Paul Residential provided me with an excellent service.
I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Courteous and helpful on the phone, arrived when they said they would, did a brilliantly efficient job with no fuss and to cap it all off - they did it for free! Despite several efforts to pay, they simply said: "....we do not charge for small jobs" They're now on speed dial!

Daniel Paul Residential were recommend to us by a family relative to rent/manage our family house in Hounslow which they did so for 3 years and also acted as our agents in marketing/selling the house which sold for a very good price. Our experience has been positive. Dealings have been mainly with Nigel who has always been responsive, calm and his experience has meant making sound practical suggestions/ideas. Gabby has also been helpful & responsive in providing admin support. Rent was paid every month and any maintenance issues were managed by Nigel following agreement with us by use of their maintenance staff/contacts whose prices and work was reasonable. We would be looking to recommend & use Daniel Paul Residential to our family & friends.

When I called her she told me that the property was no longer available so I asked her if there were any properties similar to this one and was very quick to tell me that she would call me without even asking any preferences. I asked if I could leave my number and she told me that she would call me back, offered to provide my number and she said that she already had it on her phone. I said that it's witheld and she said no I can see it. I ended the call as there is no point in dealing with someone that couldn't care less about you.

They helped us find a very good flat (without an inflated price), their fees were reasonable and they included a break clause in our contract by default (which saved us a lot of pain when we had to relocate out of the country).
Overall it was pleasent dealing with Daniel Paul.

Just wanted to say thank you to the Daniel Paul team for great service throughout our tenancy in Northfields! From when we viewed the property to occupation we received excellent service from Nigel - he was friendly, helpful and efficient through the process. During our tenancy, we received excellent support from Danny and the team - whenever anything went wrong they went out of their way to resolve this quickly and without any hassles. They will lie to you about everything. DO NOT pay them any money before taking everything in writing from them.
The property they showed us (at 228 South Ealing Road) pretending to be Agents ONLY is actually owned by them!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS from these dodgy scum.
