D&D Properties are very thorough and knowledgeable. They have recently taken over as managing agents for our block. From the initial enquiry they have been extremely helpful and communicated well. D&D met with myself and then all other owners before we decided collectively to instruct D&D. D&D took over the block at the beginning of January 2020 and have already moved the block forward. D&D have a clear vision for how the block can be improved, have outlined how major works are going to be undertaken and have presented a clear budget with savings, which will allow the reserve fund to gradually build. D&D are clear communicators both in person and via email and talk in terms which are easy to understand without unnecessary jargon.

The building is also in a much better condition since they took over. To be honest I've only good things to say about them and would recommend to anyone.
Dina in particular has been extremely helpful to me in resolving an issue regarding damage from another flat in the building. She's always been available on email and to call and has helped to resolve the issue. She's also helped with any issues we've had extremely efficiently e.g. broken lights within the main building, broken car park fobs.
