This company is and always has been terrible.
1. They demanded six months rent in advance when they found out I wasn't working (but my husband was). We could very easily afford the rent on just his salary, but no.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Customer service needs to be greatly improved (comuncation). Invoices for payments need to be made simpler. Payments options need to be improved so card payments can be taken without a charge!Attached Filesnbsp;
