In your email you state 'leave your mattresses' yet I am being forced to buy new ones? The ones previously left were brand new - yet a still have to buy new ones? Surly it is upto the Landlord to provide furniture in a furnished property? Sorry but your advice is poor (as always ). ...

We are sorry you feel like this, however we have to act on behalf of the landlord, so it is not our fault. The oven and other appliances are under warranty so this was the reason why there was a delay. It is stated in your legal agreement regarding the pest and we have emailed you this afternoon to inform you of this. ...

We would like to know which property you live in, as it's strange you have put L5 when we don't even rent properties out in that location. Any charges are stated in the agreement or on our T & C's. Also we would like you to email us any outstanding issues. ...

they could have amended the contract/ made us aware that you actually can't amend a contract and another would have to be signed!!!! they could have been more sincere
