Absolutely the worst agency I have used in my life! I would highly advise any prospective buyer to STAY FAR AWAY from this company. The Particular agent, his name was Faham, that was meant to be helping me was rude, disinterested, never called back, never provided efficient updates in information and just plain arrogant and unprofessional. If you do decide to use this company regardless be ready to experience a feeling of being completely disregarded and undermined and a realisation that you basically do the work yourself. After having a Viewing for a property with SW19 Estate agent who was lovely, open and understanding to go straight after and meet this man who seemed like he didn't even want to take me there in the first place just made me feel like absolute trash and no one should need to experience this. Upon asking about this property he came out with absolute nonsense and didn't seem to even take my interest seriously. *

You have to set your expectations low when dealing with estate agents, but CSJ take it to new depths. I'm talking 1000ft below sea-level low. Unprofessional and rude. Rude, arrogant, unprofessional. Although CSJ found a new tenant for us swiftly, they spoiled things during the letting process. Important emails sent to CSJ were ignored, we had to chase them many times to find out anything and we experienced significant delays which ultimately cost us money. When we requested that their fee be reduced because of the delays on their part, CSJ made no attempt to address our issues or apologise - we were instead met with rudeness, accusations of refusing to pay and immediate threats of legal action. Our requests for copies of tenants' references were ignored. I found the offhand, disrespectful and aggressive manner in which we were treated by CSJ truly shocking. In my opinion this agent is rude, unprofessional and readily attempts to employ bullying tactics if challenged. It appears that customer care and goodwill do not exist at CSJ. I am very disappointed in them and will never use them again.

I have rented my property through CSJ for about 10 years now and they have always been very good about finding suitable tenants. Chris Wade was always on hand to help with any issues and had good advise, I felt he had worked in the area for long enough to know what he was talking about. I have just recently sold the property. Chris Jones helped with this and they obtained the price they suggested the property would be worth and were very pro active in the whole process, answering questions and giving advise when asked. I would definitely recommend their services, both rental and sales.

As a result of this, my solicitor advised me to drop out since the property was not saleable and I lost £1,500. The flat was then back on the market again but for £30k less, showing that the owner and the agency knew that it would not be possible to sell the flat at its full price with the legal issues with the title deeds.

I recently sold a house with CSJ, Jack was avery proactive sales agents and was very eager to get my instruction to sell, which turned out to be just perfect as he got the property under offer within 24 hours of it going on the market. They have also in the past been my letting agents and again I found them efficient in all aspects.
