I can see why the company/landlord didn't want you as a tenant. You appear to be very self entitled. An agent's job is to find the most suitable applicant for a property. Also, if a landlord cannot be contacted for whatever reason, then he cannot be contacted; he is the client and you are applying to live in his property. I think this person should consider what he says before libelling an entire company. This would be unacceptable anywhere but on the internet. ...
