I used Coulters to manage one of my rental properties - a holiday let. It has proved to be a nightmare. They were unable to provide accurate information about bookings, with a catalogue of errors, broken promises - and tenants even being asked to pop the keys through the letterbox at the end of a ... I rented a flat from Coulters for 10 months. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
