High fee for doing nothing.I paid the full fee assuming the agent would deal with any faults with the flat but when I had problems with toilet flash wasn’t working properly or rubbish bin wasn’t purchased by the landlord they said that wasn’t their responsibility to interfere, very unfair on me dealing with 2 group of cheaters, landlord and home seekers agent,AVOID this agent

This company is discriminating against prospective tenants in receipt of housing benefits by charging them a higher administration fee, This is likely illegal and should be reported if you encounter it....

Comment on agent fees
- It costs pennies for them to print off their own tenancy agreement templates/inventory forms - why would a pet deposit be non-refundable? £250 rip off - Charging people in receipt of benefits more to apply is discriminatory practice.
