Awful agency. Turned up without notification with prospective tenants to view. They have telephone numbers for all of us here, and email addresses but did not use them. The owner of agency cheated us that the flat has 2 extra parking space for our guests and one for us , it didn't have a rubbish bin or recycle bin either which we were promised would be purchased soon but after a while the agent said the unfair landlord wanted to take over her loved flat. ... High fee for doing nothing.I paid the full fee assuming the agent would deal with any faults with the flat but when I had problems with toilet flash wasn’t working properly or rubbish bin wasn’t purchased by the landlord they said that wasn’t their responsibility to interfere, very unfair on me dealing with 2 group of cheaters,landlord and home seekers agent,AVOID this agent

- It costs pennies for them to print off their own tenancy agreement templates/inventory forms - why would a pet deposit be non-refundable? £250 rip off - Charging people in receipt of benefits more to apply is discriminatory practice.

These people are home wreckers they put us in a house that had such a bad rising damp problem they painted the walls with a dulux all weather biocide exterior paint to cover the mold up.. my family all have breathing problems and my daughter went to hospital and had to be resuscitated with Asama ...
