I recently put a ptoperty for sale on with cooper and taner in frome,,,They seem totaly commission led,,they vastley over priced the property,,which meant after four months of droping the price i switched agent,,during the time the property was with coopers we had two buyers,the one coopers went with was not in a position to proceed, ,,ignoring the the other purchaser,,,,they did not check the out the purchaser and we lost the second buyer;;;i had people move out of the property who were helpi ...
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
