Cooke& Co are proud of the service we offer both landlords and tenants but if you break the terms of your agreement although stressful we have to hold you the tenant responsible. Any complaints are looked at sympathetically. Damien Cooke. Owner ...

I mist point out that this is a fake review by another agent or such like. We are members of the National Asssociation of Estate Agents Ombudsman for lettings and sales and the National Approved letting scheme. All of our descriptions are accurate and we do not charge extra fees at all. ...
