What agent could do to change your mind?
Your emails are unendurably rude. You are extremely unhelpful in concern with important issues. I would like to point out that if you have moved into a place and there are numerous problems within the first week then it is not the tenants fault and they should not be treated as such. Basically though all of your staff are extremely rude. Short abrupt sentences and the most unhelpful people I have ever had to deal with. They need to go on a course to teach them how to properly correspond with others via email as it is extremely frustrating.
