To owner hk: I had to resolve to find the key person in complete LTD via linkedin and contacted her. The issues was partially resolved when the tenant moved out, paid the rent in installments and left a damaged property which I had to fight to get deducted from the deposit - which they eventually gave me. High fees, we waited for the answers for 1 month, we provided everything they asked for, but the agency always had a problem, if they had told us from the beginning, we would never have paid that money. By law the fees for checking credit will never cost £ 500. I'm sad.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
