Phone calls not returned. Inefficient, arrogant, disorganised, lazy and unprofessional. How their staff keep their jobs is beyond me. I feel sorry for anyone trying to sell a property with them.... read full review

Obviously this is quite an old posting and all the issues within it have been dealt with to the complete satisfaction of all involved. Also the HSBC 'leak' was completely 'sealed' as soon as it was brought to our attention. ...
