What agent could do to change your mind?
When the agent took my deposit he said he had secured the property, after my daughter spoke with the Property MNagement Company 2 days later they advised the offer had not been agreed. When I requested my deposit back the agent became abusive and claimed I could not have it back . Certainly not an honest Agency and I will continue to make sure I pursue the return of my money via Legal channels and warn everyone I know to spread th word not to use this agent.

He helped me to find new tenants and even offered free rent guarantee so I don't ever get burned again! Excellent experience and can't thank Tom enough. Happy to leave feedback as asked. Jim....
