Do not use them. Simple as that. We signed a contract with them and within 2 weeks they allowed the landlord to manage the property directly. Absolutely terrible. Property was ok but getting them to do anything when issue's arose was a different story, they are quick to take the money but useless when it comes to the service... I bet the landlord gets charged for it though ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
