Absolutely disgusting company. We moved into a rented property. We brought up issues about black mould and was completely ignored, even worse then lied to about someone responding until we proved to them no one had. The worst service I have ever recieved as a tenant and that includes my time as a student. The staff are very unprofessional and seem unable to fix any maintenance issues we have had so far. Do not use them. Simple as that. We signed a contract with them and within 2 weeks they allowed the landlord to manage the property directly. Terrible does not begin to describe my treatment I had to vacate shared tenancy and informed them of fraudulent misrepresentation and drug dealing carried out within the property by the other occupying tenant -they ignored this. Absolutely terrible. Property was ok but getting them to do anything when issue's arose was a different story, they are quick to take the money but useless when it comes to the service... I bet the landlord gets charged for it though ... Read Full Review
