Debbie is a very personable bubble lady who was our contact person/managing agent on a property we rented. Despite having a few issues in the property initially, Debbie looked into it and responded in a timely manner. Aweful.. cant believe their attitude.. have been their tenant for more than 4 years and now I feel like been bullied for the request of carrying out repairs and maintenance work which should have been done 8 months back.. hardly any work carried out after rat infestation in the property... have been chasing them for months to sort out this issue and been ignored after numerous calls and emails. Spoken rudely by their staff team as I could not manage to see the landlord in 45 mins notice....

As a landlord I used to be satisfied with their services but hadn't used them for the past 4 years. I now used them to find a new tenant but have found them falling short of almost everything. Before the tenants moved in I reported an issue with the boiler and as I live the other side of London I asked them to arrange for someone to check if out. 100% awful!! The door on our building will not work, apparently has been reset and fixed. Still doesn't work allowing criminals and teenagers to use our building at their own will. Also riddled with damp which was blatantly covered up by propping a mattress against the wall whislt viewing They have not listed with the council that they are reanting rooms making a parking permit impossible. Debbie was brilliant all round. In particular, after we were outbid by a developer and thought we'd missed out, when that sale fell through Debbie was straight on the phone to us to ensure we got our property as soon as it was available again! Debbie was incredibly helpful! We had a few issues, including break in's to the building and also minor repairs, and usually with in minutes of sending our initial email or request Debbie would be on the case. If Debbie wasn't available, Dan would step in! I've previously had some AWFUL property managers who did not care and it left me very skeptical of property managers in the UK. Its nice to have had Debbie and Dan, who have both been incredible helpful, trustworthy and reliable....

Overall Good! In fact, we are expecting precise time frame in term of maintenance work from the part of maintenance dudes. In a nutshell, we have no specific complain. I was happy paying £650 per month (without bills) as I was in a relatively good location of London, however for such a small room and no real communal area it could be seen as a bit high by others.

Debbie and the team were absolutely great throughout our rental period at the property. Any issues were dealt with very quickly and I found the agency very responsive. People are very helpful and prompt. I had a small issue with the shower, they fixed it. My flatmate didn't like his bed, they changed. Overal, they are very helpful, deliver what they say, professional, no tricks, and nothing unexpected....

It is a second time I am letting flat from Citi Quays. Had bad experience previously with other agencies and felt that I finally found MY AGENCY after first time visiting their office. I pay for a very expensive 2 bed flat in Tudor rd . The master room and bathroom have holes in the walls. Windows that don't shut properly , skirting boards that are not flushed to the floor and exposed brick which is full if mould and not insulated . What agent could do to change your mind?
She\'s still saying builders are coming , she doesn\'t go down and check even though she knows they have failed to turn up several times. She has not been on site to see or experience the issue and only communicates when I send her messages . Her communication is always the same - \'they\'re coming today to fix\'. She never calls in advance, never manages my expectations by telling they couldn\'t make it etc etc .

I rented with citi quays for 5 years and had a great service consistently. Any problems with the property (which were minimal) were sorted out quickly and efficiently. Debbie Clarke was fantastic - she always follwed up conversations, did exactly what she said she was going to and she was a pleasure to work with after, especially after some bad experiences with other companies in the past. I can highly recommened Citi Quays and Debbie Clarke in particular....

Debbie was a great agent. She provided me with all the information I required in order to complete the letting process easily from start to finish. We have used Citi Quays to let our house for almost 6 years. In that time they have always been very helpful and we have not yet had a vacant period as they have proved very efficient at finding replacement tenants when required. I put my flat in the capable hands of Debi who suggested I would stand a better chance of renting it if it was furnished, I didn\'t know where to purchase said furniture and asked Debi for help, she not only recommended place but took me to warehouse where I purchased everything required and she even got a discount for me. She also arranged for her colleague Daniel to meet the delivery people (as I was unable ) and arrange and set up flat. What more can I say? But a BIG thanks!...
