Awful service, never responded to my emails and could never get through to them on the phone. Tried to get in contact with them as I hadn't received my survey a week after it had been carried out. Just awful wouldn't recommend and definitely won't be using ... Read Full Review

30 May 2019I am not sure if you have the wrong agent as we do not cover any CF62 postcodes We have also had no complaints or clients chasing a survey report as we do not carry out surveys only property sales...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
