Super super unprofessional company. They organised a gas check with my mum and didn't turn up, my mum called them up to query why in a very friendly manner and the man who answered the phone was confrontational and aggressive. Would avoid at all ... Read Full Review

Extremely bad service given by John. Fails to reply to emails, fails to sort problems in rented accommodation even though emails and phone calls were made, we had a dodgy heater throughout winter also fails to protect deposits correctly and they refuses to discuss the situation. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
