Horrible experience as former tenant and absolutely do not recommend. Charlie was overall unprofessional, communication was poor, and the contract was bare and outdrated. It's never great handing over the fees at the end of the transaction but he is always on hand throughout the tenancy to offer advise and help if needed, that is worth it's weight in gold.
