Avoid at all cost. I've experienced selling and renting out my property with them. Lack of response, transparency and incompetent. They charge you arm and a leg for a meager service. Of course they will refute this but save yourself the nightmare....

Whilst your personal comments are not appreciated, we are sorry you felt this way. You lived in a shared house and yes the heating did break down a few times due to a boiler failure but this was attended to promptly on every occassion. As discussed with you in detail we were let down by the regular cleaner and so a new one was found, however it was also the responsibility of all tenants to keep the kitchen clean and not leave washing up etc. As you are aware the council attended the property ...

rent increase when they served us an evection notice. we told them what we could afford yet they still increase when they no we cant afford it. and no legal rent increase notice recieved
