High staff turnover, so you are always dealing with someone new. Very slow to fix problems in the property. After moving out, has taken over a month to refund deposit, coupled with one delay after the other and poor communication....

Fulham branch has neverending staff turnover, so one is dealing with someone new everytime.
Also good at inventing charges, experienced at charging a renewal fee for doing nothing. Managed to successfully convince my landlord to save a bundle and deal with me directly....
