Steve's initial valuation visit was excellent. No nonsense approach but with just the right amount of information needed in order to make a decision - I have no qualms in highly recommending Chapplins of Havant. Steve was always very quick to answer any queries as was Julie-Ann. The process was very quickly conducted. Communication was excellent throughout....

Although not the lowest (1%) I felt Chapplins would market my property much better than other estate agents. They know the area extremely well.

Absolutely awful service and customer care regarding tenants... Money hungry rats who care for no one or their families... I wouldn't recommend them ever at all to anyone...

Unfortunately some tenants do not appreciate that letting agents are employed by landlords to protect their interests and if a tenant chooses to leave a property before the end of a tenancy and stop paying the rent that they have contracted to pay, then it's is likely to have a financial impact on them in due course.....

If you need anything from this agent...forget it! Anytime we have a problem, we\'re told to "call our Landlord" on the one of the few times we did speak to them, it was to do with an issue for mould, we were told to open all the windows and leave the heating on all day, baring in mind we have electric storage heaters and we heard nothing from them since! When we first spoke to the Landlord about some of the fixtures which were broken and needed attention, we were shocked to find out...

Totally disappointed and disgusted by the attitude and actions of the staff. Constantly giving you the hard sell and then once you have signed up with them they are abrupt and short when the phone is answered and don't lift a finger to help you. No customer service at all and a real uncaring/out for themselves attitude one you have signed a contract. Will never use them again to buy or sell a property and would never recommend them. Epic fail chaplains!...

Drop the attitude, care about your clients, be up front, open and honest. Get some customer care going on!

Useless Staff at the Waterlooville Office. I have been trying to find a flat to rent in Waterlooville for almost 6 months and despite leaving my number, they never call. When I call them about a property I have seen them advertise, they are unable to provide answers to even basic questions and don't seem to know if a property has been let or not. They say they will get back to you with the info but never do. USELESS is not a strong enough word to describe the incompetent staff at the Waterloovil...

What agent could do to change your mind?
They say they are 'Professional' but they are completely lacking in knowledge on the properties that they have to let. Why don't they return calls and why do they consistently provide wrong information!
