Unfortunate it is shared by so many of their victims.We recently sucked Caxtons Gravesend as they constantly break our lease, tried to scam us on their always twice at least overcharged services that the best thing non us even noticed! Rent out cleaning company probably friend of their as price for simple clean was 5time local market , cause numbers of damages and never provided documentation being challenged.It end up in Tribunal and with solicitors, they eat them for breakfast! Literally they would have to have changed their whole practise because they were absolutely horrific, incredibly unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!!!

Totally agree with all your responses and review. Caxtons are a DREADFUL company - surprised they are still in business, most likely due to the fact they have a monopoly over most of the student housing in Canterbury and can get away with swindling students. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
