Decided to rent a property with Cavendish Mold...big mistake. Firstly I had to pay £210 admission fees ... Not really sure what this went towards as i was emailed all my documents and I was expected to print them all out myself. [approx 100 or more pages]. This company are an absolute disgrace. Motivated by greed and no moral standards whatsoever. Shower broke first time I used it was fixed a month later. Hot water Boiler broke and was fixed a month later. Wasps nest in loft was told by Liza moffett not Cavendish rentals problem . It was their problem as the wasps entered the property through a gap in the roof where tiles were missing. Had to reside in a property with wasps coming in through the light in the bathroom it was like something out of a...

AWFUL! The house that we rented from Cavendish Rentals had numerous serious problems. Rusty & rotten pipes under the sink that burst causing a flood. A rotten kitchen roof that caved in & flooded. Broken taps on the kitchen sink that were eventually replaced with the cheapest taps possible, which barely worked. Broken guttering at the front of the house which overflowed & caused a major flood (followed by a severe damp problem) in our next door neighbours bedroom. An old faulty boile...

We tried 4 times to arrange a viewing with Cavendish rentals and each time the promised call back never materialised. In the end I was able to speak to someone who confirmed that they only offer viewings during office hours which are 0900 to 1700, Monday to Friday. No viewings are available at weekends. Sadly, this means that we are unable to view any of the properties that they have to rent and must take our business else where. This is inconvenient and disappointing for prospective custome...

What agent could do to change your mind?
1. Ensure that there is a robust mechanism in place so that emails are responded to 2. Ensure that call backs are made when they have been promised 3. Reconsider your viewing appointment policy in order to accommodate customers who work 4. If the policy cannot be changed then consider how you can work with customers in order to avoid lost business and reputational damage 5. Consider how you could communicate the limitations of your viewing policy in your adverts in order to avoid unnecessary disappointment to customers and creating failure demand for yourselves.

disgraceful customer service on handed of the property I was not even greeted,carpets were soaking wet when I moved in, property turned mouldy aw a result damaging my furnwrite, I was then told I had to much furniture and to sleep with the windows open at night .. sue balmforth needs to brush up on her customer service, I found her rude at no point was I even greeted,she ignored my questions or gave a one worded reply. Customer service is not high priority, no explanation on anything, paid ‚£58.00 book out fee ha lasted all of 2 minutes of cavendish time,disgracefull

Terrible awful money grabbers! Ended my tenancy 2 months prior to moving gave the exact date I wished to move and Karen took no notice of the date I gave (26th jan 2016) clearly on the phone and told me she would give til the 31st to "clean and sort the property" without telling me there would be a £120 charge. First time renters be aware this company do not inform you correctly. Maintainence is a joke I reported a broken toilet which still to this day has not been fixed. A broken ....

Using this agency while I was away, They had cowboys in to re-wire the electrics causing them to trip everytime the cooker was used. They had the carpets cleaned leaving them soaking wet causing damp throughout. Not an agency I would recommend. Property advertised for rent with wrong building number and directions. Caused me a lot of hassle, time and money to rectify there mistakes...

Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism with this company. Individual was late, did not have information on the property and was in a rush. She stated she had other appointments.Will never recommend this agency. Tried to speak to a supervisor, but was not even provided a name. Person who took call, stated I would receive a call back. Never came! What are they trying to hide?...
