I am sorry you feel this way, we try to be transparent in all our transactions. We informed you that the landlord was wishing to sell and was awaiting for a survey to be conducted before making a final decision. We informed you that we will give you an answer on a desired date, which you agreed too. We stuck to our word and informed you accordingly.
